Reopening update

November 9th, 2020.

9th November Update.

With our quietest time of year now upon us, and seeing a significant reduction in our visitor numbers, we have taken the decision to close our shop and café, until early December. Toilets for public use will still be available daily in our Base Station from 9.00 am to 4.00pm.

The technical team are currently finishing off the annual maintenance to our ski lifts, snow ploughs and piste machines, and Techno Alpin engineers have just  been onsite, for a final check of our snow factory, which will be starting production next week.

We look forward to reopening our facilities in early December and begin our Snowsports season on the 19th December.

Our absolute priority is to keep visitors and our staff safe. That’s why we’re taking great care to put comprehensive social distancing measures in place across the site, following Scottish Government guidelines, including:

Outside seating area

• Information and directional signage, providing clear instructions for visitors on how to safely move around the site
• Regular cleaning across the site and hand sanitiser provided at the entrance to the Mountain Café and retail outlet
• Staff and visitors will be asked to wear a face covering when indoors in our Café, shop and when using the toilet facilities  
• Staff will monitor and manage the number of customers in the café, retail outlet and toilet facilities at any given time and help direct people safely around the site
• The café will provide a takeaway ‘grab and go’ food and beverage service for the time being, which will be evaluated on an ongoing basis
