As part of your standard package you will receive 29 days paid holiday including bank holidays with under 1 years’ service.

After 1 years’ service and onwards, you will receive 31 days day paid holiday including bank holidays per annum. 

Part time team members have a pro-rata entitlement related to their days worked. Zero hours team members accrue holiday in line with hours worked.

We offer a range of discounts in shops, restaurants and activities in and around Aviemore. You will be required to show your staff pass as proof of your employment with  Cairngorm Mountain (Scotland) Ltd and some providers may require additional ID.

Cairngorm Mountain is a member of the Association of Scottish Visitor attractions. There are 6 membership cards which will gain free entry into other ASVA attractions. The card is available on a loan basis and can be booked in advance.
