Holidays

As part of your standard package you will receive 29 days paid holiday including bank holidays for all team members under 1 years’ service. After completing 1 years’ service and onwards, you will receive 31 days day paid holiday including bank holidays per annum. Part time team members have a pro-rata entitlement to this amount related to their days worked. Zero hours team members accrue holiday in line with the hours they work.

ASVA Cards

Cairngorm Mountain is a member of the Association of Scottish Visitor attractions. There are 6 membership cards which will gain free entry into other ASVA attractions. The card is available on a loan basis and can be booked and collected through HR or Accounts.

Auto-Enrolment

Joining the team at Cairngorm Mountain (Scotland) Limited does not just offer benefits here and now. We also care about your future and will support your pension contributions. As part of the Government introduced Auto Enrolment programme, all team members who meet some basic criteria will automatically be enrolled into the company pension scheme with Scottish Widows.
