The Mountain Tubing Slides is a must do activity if you are visiting Cairngorm Mountain and the Aviemore area this spring, summer or autumn. Located at the base of the ski area it’s just a few steps away from our car park. Enjoy an exhilarating, high-speed experience with incredible views over Loch Morlich and the Spey Valley.

Suitable for all ages

Here at Cairngorm Mountain, we have larger slides and a wee slide.

Big Slides

The big slides are suitable for ages 4+ and between 1 metre and 2 metres tall. Each session on the larger slides lasts 30 fun minutes together with a short safety briefing beforehand. Regardless of ability our enthusiastic team will be on hand to offer encouragement and answer any questions so you can enjoy your experience in the safest way possible.

Pre-booking is highly recommended. Big slides £15 per session.

Wee Slide

The ‘wee’ slide is suitable for ages 2 to 8 years old. It is now included when you purchase a pass for our enhanced play park. This is ideal for younger children. Find out more.

The Snowflake

The ‘wee’ slide (and play park) is now included when you purchase a ball for our Adventure Ball Runs. This is ideal for younger children. Find out more. 

With a gentle slope designed specifically for our mini tubes, the Snowflake is perfect for wee ones and those who aren’t quite confident to take on the bigger slides. The ‘Snowflake’ slide is not manned by a slide attendant, it is the duty of the participants responsible adult to ensure they adhere to the regulations of the slide and the tubes.

Only suitable for children aged 2 to 8.

The Spindrift

At over 70 metres long with two exhilarating bends the Spindrift is our most popular slide. Fly round the corners at high-speed or if you’re looking for an extra bit of excitement take a spin off the start.

If you would like a spinning start just ask one of our friendly slide attendants.

Suitable for ages 4+ and between 1 metre and 2 metres tall. 

The Cliffhanger

Step up to the edge of the Cliff-hanger and experience a thrilling adrenaline rush on the way down.

Group Tubing Sessions

We welcome group bookings too. From schools to hen do’s we’ve catered for all types of bookings. Just get in touch to organise your next event! Mountain tubing is great for groups of all ages and most abilities. Book your own private group session with us and we can also arrange for food and drink for you in the dedicated mezzanine of Cairngorm Cafe for you after your session. We’re also licensed too if you are looking for a grown up party.

Combine the thrill of mountain tubing with party food! Mountain tubing is perfect for children’s birthday parties in Aviemore.
