ATV Guided Experience Here at Cairngorm Mountain

CMSL is introducing a new ATV guided experience on a very small scale, using an existing track.   We expect this to be a fairly exclusive option.

There is only one vehicle, which will run on the existing service track between the base station the Ptarmigan building.  We are not building any new tracks, and the vehicle will never be permitted to go off-track.

At the Ptarmigan, up to five visitors at a time will be able to disembark and be guided by a walk guide to access the summit on foot.  All access will be restricted to an area within the ski area boundary. 

Appreciation of the natural environment and unique wildlife viewing lie at the heart of this experience and our focus at all times is to protect and promote the local ecosystem. This experience operates within our current ‘Visitor Management Plan’ and ‘Vehicle Management Policy’ which are stringently applied to all vehicle movements within the ski area.
