This competition (“Competition“) is run by Cairngorm Mountain (Scotland) Limited, a company incorporated in Scotland with company number SC614703 and having our registered office at An Lochran, 10 Inverness Campus, Inverness, IV2 5NA (“We“, “Us” or “Our“), .

The primary purpose of this Competition is to allow Us to gather valuable user feedback on the services and activities that We offer at our site in the Cairngorms. In return and subject to the applicable rules, you have the chance to win a prize.

1. Rules

The rules of the Competition comprise of these terms and conditions and any entry instructions provided to you by us in any related promotional materials.

2. Competition Description

Cairngorm Mountain (Scotland) Limited’s Visitor Feedback Prize Draw for a free Activity Gift Card with a value of one hundred GPB (£100) to be won by one eligible individual (the “Winner”) subject to these Specific Competition Terms.

3. Prize Terms

The “Prize” is valid for 12 calendar months of the Draw Date; the Prize can only be used to purchase products through CMSL’s online webshop; in order to redeem the Prize, you must register for an account on our online webshop then enter the voucher code into your Wallet; the Prize cannot be used to purchase tickets and activities on-site.

Please be aware that there is no cash alternative to the Prize.

4. Eligibility Criteria

In order to be eligible to enter, you must have received an email directly from us inviting you to submit an entry into the Competition (“Invitation Email“). If you have directly received an Invitation Email then we have hand-selected you as a valued user who can provide us with actionable insights based upon your use of our services and activities. PLEASE DO NOT share details of this Competition with others as they may not be eligible to enter.

Additionally, you must also be a UK resident, at least 18 years old or have the permission of your guardian at the time of entry and have a valid e-mail address.

The Competition is not open to: (a) our employees, agents and/or representatives, their immediate family/household members (spouse/partner, parents, siblings and children); or (b) anyone professionally connected to the Competition.

Any individual who: (i) does not receive an Invitation Email; (ii) does not meet the eligibility criteria narrated above; or (iii) is excluded by virtue of their connection to the to us/the Competition, is NOT eligible to enter this specific Competition.

We will not accept Competition entries: (i) from businesses; (ii) automatically generated by computers; or (iii) completed by third parties or in bulk.

By submitting an entry to the Competition, you confirm that that you are eligible to do so.

We reserve the right to disqualify individuals from taking part in the Competition if we identify that they are not eligible to enter or their conduct is otherwise contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize Competition.

5. Entry Period

The Competition will run from 00:00 pm (GMT) on [26.01.2026] (“Opening Date”) to 23.59pm (GMT) on [16.02.2026] (“Closing Date”). All Competition entries must be received by us after the Opening Date and before the Closing Date. All entries received before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date will be not be entered.

6. How do I enter?

To enter the Competition, You must:

• Complete the feedback questionnaire linked in the Invitation Email

No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.

Your entry to the Competition will not be accepted if you have not completed all of the Entry Requirements.

Incomplete or illegible entries, or by or via third parties and entries which do not satisfy the Entry Requirements in full will be disqualified and will not be counted.

We shall monitor submitted entries to ensure that they comply with the Entry Requirements.

7. How are Winners selected?

Each entry that satisfies the Entry Requirements will be entered into a draw, from which one Winner will be drawn at random using an online generator.

8. Our rights

We may require entrants to provide proof of their eligibility to enter the Competition or that they have completed the Entry Requirements and to refuse to award the Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement and/ or refuse further participation in the Competition and disqualify the entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of the Specific Competition Terms.

9. How do I know if I have won the Prize?

The Winner of the Competition will be selected on 23/02/2026 (the “Draw Date”) and We will promptly inform You with information that a valid award has taken place, usually by publishing the surname and county of the Winner(s).

The decision about the Winner is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

We will also contact the Winner personally as soon as practicable after the Draw Date, using the telephone number or email address provided with the Competition entry form/email.

10. How can I claim my prize?

If You are the Winner of the Prize and We have not had any response from You, You have fourteen (14) days from the Draw Date to claim it by contacting us via email at this address: social@cairngormmountain.co.uk

We will make reasonable efforts to contact the the Winner via telephone and/or email.

If You do not claim Your Prize within fourteen (14) days, Your claim will become invalid and We reserve the right to award the Prize to somebody else who can qualify as the Winner or to re-run the Competition in its entirety.

If a third party claims the Prize on the Winner’s behalf, We will require proof that this person is acting for the Winner before We hand over the Prize. We reserve the right to refuse to hand over the Prize to a third party if We are not convinced that the party is acting for the Winner and will give the Prize to You.

We do not accept any responsibility if the Winner is not able to take up the Prize for any reason whatsoever.

11. Who owns the Competition entries and the Intellectual Property Rights?

You agree that We may, but are not required to, make Your Competition entry and Competition related materials available on Our website and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the Competition or the results thereof.

You agree to grant Us a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the Competition entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the Competition entry for all reasonable purposes, including for: (i) the purposes of collecting feedback on our products and services, (ii) for promotional materials, and (iii) the promotion of future competitions and Our other events.

You confirm that Your Competition entry is your own work and that You have not infringed any third party intellectual property rights as part of Your Competition entry.

12. Data Protection

We will only process Your personal information in order to administer this Competition and as more accurately narrated within our privacy policy which can be found at: https://www.cairngormmountain.co.uk/privacy-cookies/.

We will only process the personal information of the Winner for the purposes of administering and fulfilling the Prize award. We may publicise information about the Winner(s) as mentioned at above, if you have any objections to such use, please let us know in advance by emailing us at: social@cairngormmountain.co.uk We will use and retain such personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.

In circumstances where Competition entries contain photographs or videos we may use that photo or video for publicity purposes or on our website. Please ensure that any individuals that appear in your photograph or video are aware of how the photograph or video may be used by use before you submit your Competition entry.

12.1. General

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms We may, at Our sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude You from participating in the Competition.

We also reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

The Competition will be governed by the laws of Scotland and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
