On arrival at CairnGorm Mountain, head to the ticket office (found in the Base Station at the Car Park) where you can collect your tickets. Please have your confirmation code ready to provide to our team.

Guided Walks

On arrival at CairnGorm Mountain, head to the ticket office (found in the Base Station at the Car Park) where you can collect your tickets and meet your guide. Please have your confirmation code ready to provide to our team.

Snowsports Pass

On arrival at CairnGorm Mountain, collect your passes from the machine in the Storehouse Café located on Level 2 of the Day Lodge building (on the right hand side as you look up the mountain). Please have your confirmation code ready.

Season Pass

When picking up your Season Pass, head to the ticket office (found in the Base Station at the Car Park) where you can collect your tickets. Please have your confirmation code ready to provide to our team.

Snow School Lessons

The CairnGorm Mountain Snow School is located on Level 3 of the Day Lodge building (on the right hand side as you look up the mountain) – please check-in here. Please check in at the Snow School Office for 9am. Please note that during busy times this will be earlier, but the exact time will be specified in your pre-arrival information.

Equipment Hire

The CairnGorm Mountain Snow School is located on Level 3 of the Day Lodge building (on the right hand side as you look up the mountain). Please follow the signage instructions, to pick up your pre-reserved hire equipment.
