Cairngorm Mountain resort and facilities partially reopening from the 26th of April 2021. Please contact email@example.com with any queries and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Respect the environment and others using it. The mountains were put here for us to enjoy and it is our responsibility to look after them.
Live together, ride together – please stay within the bubble you arrived in.
Adhere to social distancing measures when in close proximity to others. Especially in lift queues and slope entry/exit areas.
The main Ski Patrol base is in the Aonach Room, next to the Ranger Base at the Base Station.
Leave no trace, wind, wildlife, wilderness and waste do not mix please take your litter home.
Food & Beverage
There will be reduced capacity in all our inside seating areas due to social distancing.
Entrance to the Cairngorm Café will be from the trackside of the Day Lodge.
We will be operating a takeaway service in the café. Seating here is on a first come first serve basis, there will be a small overflow seating area downstairs in the Cas Bar. We ask that you spend no more than 45 minuets if seated to help us accommodate other customers.
Orders will be taken and paid for upon joining the queue and collected at the counter.
Takeaway hot food will also be available outside from our new catering van, the Chefs Kitchen. Socially distanced seating will be free for customers to use in front of the Day Lodge.
The Cairngorm Shop is entered through the main door at the front of the Day Lodge. Please stay to the left of the barrier to give space to those leaving the building.
The one-way system will lead you through our retail space which offers a wide range of products, including cold drinks and snacks.
Once you have made your purchase you will exit back through the main door. Please stick to the left when exiting the building and be considerate of others who may be entering.
Additional Seating Areas
We have set up additional seating areas that can be used in inclement weather for shelter and to eat takeaway food from the Chefs Kitchen.
The Ptarmigan building at the top station will be open only when snow conditions permit. Access is only for the toilets and main restaurant seating area which will offer drinks and snacks. The lower levels and viewing terrace will remain off-limits to public.
Toilets will be cleaned regularly throughout the day by our janitorial staff.
Public toilets are available on level 2 of the Day Lodge, in the Base Station and in the Ptarmigan Building. All toilets have strict capacity which will be displayed clearly and one-way entrance and exit systems are in place at each.
