At Cairngorm Mountain we are doing everything possible to maintain our high standard of COVID security but we need your help to #KeepOurSeasonSafe. Our customer journey aligns with the current guidance given by the Scottish Government and we will monitor and review our protocols over the winter season as this develops.
We all have to work together to stop the spread of the virus so before you travel to Cairngorm Mountain we ask that you properly prepare, and be aware. Check if there are any regional or national travel restrictions in place via the Scottish Government website, if you are not a Season Pass holder make sure you have booked in advance; you can purchase day passes and equipment rental through our web-shop, and we encourage you to take a lateral flow test before visiting – you can order home testing kits here.
We have worked hard this year to build a very high standard of COVID security. The support of our visitors is integral to maintaining this so once you have arrived at the resort, please remember to follow the Scottish Government FACTS. Wear your face covering indoors and when near to others, avoid crowds when you can, clean your hands regularly throughout the day, try to give space and be respectful of others, and if you are showing symptoms of the virus book and test and self-isolate immediately.
Catching up with friends is one of the great things about riding at Cairngorm Mountain but during your day we encourage those who live together, to ride together. Out on the slopes, try to stay with the bubble you arrived in. If you are using any of our facilities, please ensure you check-in by scanning the Check-In Scotland QR code with your mobile device.
