Behaviour Towards CairnGorm Mountain Staff

The Management and staff here at CairnGorm Mountain Limited are dedicated to making your experience enjoyable and as safe and secure as we can make it for you.

Our staff also need to be kept safe and secure. They  have a right to carry out their duties without fear of being assaulted or abused.

Assault or any form of abuse, verbal or physical, will not be tolerated. CairnGorm Mountain Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry to our facilities to anyone whose behaviour towards our staff is seen to be abusive or threatening.

CairnGorm Mountain Limited will also not hesitate to involve the police where abuse of our staff is reported.
