 7. What is there to do if I don't ski or snowboard?Ski spectators are more than welcome to visit the mountain and as well as plenty of fun and fresh air you can ride the train, watch the skiers, enjoy the mountain exhibition and take a spot of lunch in the Ptarmigan Restaurant. Depending on weather and snow conditions you can also enjoy sledging in the sledge park or simply have some fun in the family fun area building an extension to the snow castle. Sledging and the snow castle are located outside the Ptarmigan Top Station within view of the Ptarmigan Restaurant. Please ensure you are dressed for winter mountain weather. Gloves, hats, warm jackets and snow boots are a must.

Note ; during the busy holiday periods we advise non skiers to plan their visit after 10.30am and before 2.30pm. This will help avoid the skier rush at the beginning and end of the day.

8. I already ski/board but have never been to CairnGorm. What should I do?

Pick up a piste map from the ticket office. Consider joining a Hilton Ambassador Tour. These tours take place daily and are free of charge - you will need a valid ski ticket. Meet the Hilton Ambassadors (in their bright

yellow jackets) at the exit doors in the Ptarmigan Top Station at 11.30am. They will take you on a tour of the hill and show you where the best skiing is to be found.

We hope to see you soon here at CairnGorm Mountain.
