For Kelly and Paul Bray the dreams of a real White Wedding came true today (Saturday 30th Jan) on the slopes at CairnGorm Mountain. Following an official ceremony at Alvie Church at 11am the couple came straight up to CairnGorm at took to the ski slopes where they were cheered on by thousands of well wishers.

For Kelly and Paul Bray the dreams of a real White Wedding came true today (Saturday 30th Jan) on the slopes at CairnGorm Mountain. Following an official ceremony at Alvie Church at 11am the couple came straight up to CairnGorm at took to the ski slopes where they were cheered on by thousands of well wishers.
Kelly and Paul from Dunstable both met when they served with the Royal Signals (Uxbridge), they first came skiing at CairnGorm Mountain in 2004 and fell in love with the area so it seemed the natural thing to do when they decided to tie the knot. Paul is Technical Manager at the Wembley Arena and Kelly now works as a Quantity Surveyor from Bramall Construction (London). Following a quick celebratory slide on the slopes at CairnGorm Mountain the couple is heading off to Andorra for their honeymoon.
Following strong winds and more snow on Friday evening over 2000 skiers took to the slopes on Saturday, where there was little wind and great visibility on the lower slopes. Conditions are the best they have been for years and the mountain operators are gearing up for a busy half term school holiday period which begins in 10 days time.
